Customer Relations

The Customer Relations Center of the OJSC Tyumenenergo is responsible for:

Issues of technological connection of consumer's power facilities to the grid:

  • Applications for technological connection, power uprating or reconstruction of existing power facilities, change of supply security grade, modification of electric installation power supply;
  • Applications for prolongation, and re-issuance of the existing technical specifications.

Issues of power quality:

  • Cut-offs (routine, emergency);
  • Grid emergencies;
  • Low power quality.

Power supply contract follow-up, accounting and transmission of electric power:

  • Execution of certificates of definition of financial and operational responsibility of the Parties;
  • Calculation of power loss due to installation of meters not at the boundary points;
  • Execution of reports of technological/emergency minimum power supply;
  • Execution of reports of non-contractual and unaccounted power consumption;
  • Receipt and tracking of urgent reports;
  • Registration of measurements by existing meters;
  • Electric power meter sealing;
  • Other issues related to the rendering of services by the company.
