Customer Relations Standard

The Standard specifies general requirements to the Customer Relations Center (CRC) of the OJSC Tyumenenergo as regards the interaction with retail market entities of the Tyumenskaya Oblast, Khanty-Mansiiskiy Avtonomny Okrug, and Yamalo-Nenetskiy Avtonomny Okrug. 

The standard defines rules and procedures for on-site and off-site customer service, interaction of retail market entities in the process of networking activities, information support, and review of customers' complaints.

The standard shall come into effect from the date of approval by the Board of Directors of the OJSC Tyumenenergo.

The Standard shall be disclosed to customers of the OJSC Tyumenenergo and other interested parties by means of publishing on the web site of the OJSC Tyumenenergo, distribution at on-site customer service points, and by other methods ensuring availability of the document.
