Personal Manager Service

The Personal Manager is a new additional service for customers of the OJSC Tyumenenergo developed by the regional department of the Customer Relations Center (CRC) at the Surgut Power Grids subsidiary of the OJSC Tyumenenergo. It is aimed at long-term, mutually profitable co-operation between customers and the company, and most effective utilization by a customer of the whole range of services rendered by the OJSC Tyumenenergo.

The scope of a personal manager's responsibilities is rather wide: real-time satisfaction of customers' needs, arrangement of continuous cooperation between the company and customers, maintenance of regular contacts with customers, rendering of information and consulting services, development and implementation of individual customer service conditions and rendering of additional services, bringing new information to customers' notice. 

A customer is entitled to choose a personal manager. The company management may give recommendations and suggestions. Moreover, a customer can have a personal manager replaced at any time.

The Personal Manager service is an element of the CRC that is a customer-oriented system on the one hand, and an OJSC Tymenenergo tool for collection, generalization, and analysis of information required for internal operations and development.
