Information for natural persons

Connection of natural persons' power receivers (power plants) to grids shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Russian Federation Government.
Consumer's internal grid facilities adequacy for power reception is a mandatory requirement for technological connection.

The 2008 cost of technological connection of natural persons' power receivers for municipal electric power consumption with a connected capacity not exceeding 15 kW was defined by the Regional Energy Commission of the Tyumenskaya Oblast, KhMAO, and YaNAO in an amount of RUR 550.00 (Fife hundred fifty) (incl. VAT), REC Resolution No. 9 of 18.03.2008.

For connection of natural persons' power plants to the grid facilities of the OJSC Tyumenenergo it is required to:

Submit a technological connection application (application form);

Conclude a technological connection contract (contract form);

Fulfill Technical Requirements for technological connection;

Obtain a Certificate of technological connection (certificate form).

1. Applications shall be submitted:

to a grid company at a facility location;

A contract shall be executed:

at a grid subsidiary of the OJSC Tyumenenergo at a facility location.

2. The documents required for conclusion of a connection contract include:

An application for technological connection;

A copy of an applicant's internal passport;

A copy of any title certificate to confirm the title to land (a purchase agreement, land certificate, etc.);

A power-of-attorney entitling a bearer to take certain steps required to execute a contract (when applicable).

3. Steps to be taken in the context of the fulfillment of Technical Requirements for technical connection and execution of certificates.

Obtaining Technical Requirements (TR) viewed as integral part of a TC contract.

Development of a internal grid facilities project (a drawing if the total installed capacity of power receivers is below 10 kW);

Ratification of the power supply project (drawing) by a district grid company at a facility location that has issued technical specifications, and local Rostekhnadzor authority;

Accomplishment of steps under a power supply project (drawing);

Obtaining a certificate of the fulfillment of TR;

Performing tests and preparation of technical documents;

Signing a Certificate of definition of financial and operational responsibility of the Parties;

Submission of an application for power receiver clearance to a district grid company;

Execution of a Voltage supply admissibility (clearance) report, Certificate of technological connection, and Completion certificate under a technological connection contract. Receipt and registration of requests for execution of Certificates, and their subsequent issue shall be performed by district grid companies at a facility's location;

A Certificate for technical connection shall be issued upon actual connection of a facility to the grid facilities of the OJSC Tyumenenergo within 30 days;

Voltage shall be supplied to power plants only upon execution of a Certificate of technological connection and pursuant to a power supply contract between a Consumer and Power Sales Company.
