Procedure for technological connection

Steps to be taken by a consumer and the OJSC Tyumenenergo for the purpose of technological connection. 

1. Identification of a company a power receiver shall be connected to. If it is a distribution grid of the OJSC Tyumenenergo (0.4-110 kV), identification of a grid subsidiary on whose territory a power received is found or shall be found upon technological connection.

2. Submission of an application for technological connection containing a list of data on an applicant (depending on a capacity) required for Rechnical Requirements engineering and technological connection contract elaboration.

4. Review by the applicant of Technical Requirements and a project of a contract for technological connection proposed by the OJSC Tyumenenergo. The signing of the proposed contract.

5. Approval by regulating authorities of the amount of charge under the technological connection contract.

6. Development of an electric power supply project by the applicant and OJSC Tyumenenergo.

7. Fulfillment by the Applicant and OJSC Tyumenenergo of Technical Requirements and technological connection contract.

8. Visual inspection of meters by the Applicant.

9. Control of fulfillment by the Applicant of Technical Requirements. Issue of a certificate of the fulfillment of Technical Requirements.

10. The signing of a Certificate of definition of financial and operational responsibility between the applicant and OJSC Tyumenenergo.

11. Power receiver operation clearance by a supervision body.

12. Conclusion of a power supply contract with a Power Sales Company, or introduction of changes to an existing contract.

13. The signing by and between the OJSC Tyumenenergo and Applicant of a Certificate of technological connection.

14. The signing by and between the OJSC Tyumenenergo and applicant of a Completion certificate, invoicing.
