Capital stock of OJSC “Tyumenenergo” amounts 27 373 895 100 and is divided into 273 738 951 common stocks of par value of 100 rubles each. Preference shares in the Company's authorized capital are not registered.

The only shareholder of OJSC “Tyumenenergo” is OJSC “Holding MRSK”.

The Company's stocks are not traded on organized equity market.

Information about the rights accorded to stocks:

Each ordinary share of the Company provides shareholder - its owner -  the same amount of rights.

Shareholders – the holders of registered ordinary stocks are entitled:

  • To participate in person or through representatives in the General Meeting of shareholders of the Company with voting rights on all matters within its competence;
  • To make proposals for the agenda of the General Meeting in the manner provided by the RF legislation and this Charter;
  • To receive information about the Company's operations and to familiarize themselvesf with the documents of the Company in accordance with Article 91 of the Federal Law “On Joint Stock Companies”, other regulatory legal acts and this Charter;
  • To receive dividends declared by the Company;
  • To preferential purchase of additional stocks placed through subscription and emissive securities convertible into stocks in an amount proportional to the number of their ordinary stocks, in cases statutoried by the RF legislation;
  • in the case of liquidation of the Company to receive a portion of its property;
  • to exercise other rights statutoried by the RF legislation and this Charter.

Information about authorized stocks:

Company announces additionally to allotted stocks 3 121 409 (three one hundred twenty-one thousand four hundred and nine) ordinary registered stocks with a nominal value of 100 (one hundred) rubles each for a total nominal value of 312 140 900 rubles.

The ordinary stocks announced by the Company to place, give their owners rights under paragraph 6.2. the Charter of the Company.
