Dividend's history
At the annual general meetings of shareholders of OAO "Tyumenenergo" reviewed and approved by such issues as the decision on the distribution of profit, including payment of dividends, the amount of which pre-determined by the Board of Directors of the Company. The following table provides information on the distribution of profits of the Company in accordance with the decisions of the General Shareholders Meeting of OAO "Tyumenenergo" for the period from 2001 to 2008 inclusive.
1998 to 2000, dividend payments were not implemented.
